Ashfork man dies in northern Arizona rollover

FLAGSTAFF, AZ (AP) -

An Ashfork man has been killed in a rollover crash in northern Arizona.

Coconino County Sheriff's officials say 40-year-old Michael Seel was driving a commercial tractor pulling an 18-wheel trailer loaded with sandstone.

The rig overturned about 1 p.m. Wednesday on a road north of Ashfork and authorities say Seel was declared dead at the scene. A passenger was extricated from the wreck and taken to Flagstaff Medical Center with critical injuries.

Investigators say Seel lost control of the tractor for an unknown reason and neither he nor his passenger was wearing safety restraints.
