HOLBROOK, AZ (CBS5) -
Deputies and detectives from the Navajo County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) were sent to check on a reported robbery, but when they arrived they found two gunshot victims.
Tuesday morning of September 11, 2012 deputies and detectives from NCSO were called out to a potential home robbery on B Street in the Wagon Wheel area near Holbrook, AZ.
When they arrived at the home they found a 22-year-old male lying near the home with a gunshot wound to his head. He was flown to a Phoenix area hospital.
NCSO also found a 19-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his torso. The 19-year-old was taken to Summit Regional Medical Center.
The person responsible for both shootings has been located. There is an ongoing investigation into what happened.
