TUCSON, AZ (AP) -
A supervisor for the city of Tucson has quit his job and four other city workers were disciplined after an investigation concluded they watched pornography while at work.
The Arizona Daily Star reports that construction inspection supervisor Ralph Dominguez resigned on Friday to avoid being fired for misusing computers, failing to properly supervise his employees and other violations.
Dominguez admitted during an investigation by the city that his city-owned laptop contained pornography.
Dominguez also admitted to overseeing the "time in the drawer program" in which he would maintain copies of his employees' overtime slips.
Instead of overtime pay, he would falsify records to show a 40-hour week and let them take time off later.
The other four employees received punishments ranging from a written reprimand to a seven-day suspension.
