CHINO VALLEY, AZ (CBS5/AP) -

Arizona authorities say they've found the body of a missing Chino Valley woman in a desert area.

Yavapai County sheriff's officials said 37-year-old Jaime Andrews' body was found about 2 p.m. Tuesday by search teams in Wickenburg.

Andrews was last seen on Sept. 4.

Her family thought she had gone to her father's ranch in La Paz County, but she never arrived.

On Sunday, a rancher found Andrews' abandoned car in a remote area west of Wickenburg known as Bullard's Wash.

Her dog was found in good condition inside the vehicle and deputies also located her purse, some clothing and a water bottle. They later found footprints in the area that triggered an air and ground search.

YCSO spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn said they do not know the cause of death at this time.
