Van plows into Glendale rental car building

(Photo: Todd Jackson / CBS 5 News) A minivan plowed into a rental car building in Glendale on Thursday morning, slightly injuring four people.

GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

A minivan plowed into a rental car building in Glendale on Thursday morning, slightly injuring four people.

The crash happened just before 8:30 a.m. when the driver of the van became distracted, lost control and crashed into the Budget truck rental building near 67th Avenue and Bell Road, police said.

Four people were in the van and all were taken to hospitals as a precaution, police said.

None of the injuries were life-threatening, according to Glendale police.

The building was a total loss, police said.

No other information was immediately available.
