COOLIDGE, AZ (CBS5) -
A man described as "armed and dangerous" is in police custody in the wake of a shooting that left one man dead, Coolidge police said.
The suspect, identified as Jason Wright, fled on foot early Sunday morning from the shooting scene at Demetris Pizzeria and Grill in Coolidge, officers said.
Officers said they found the victim, Robert Calvin III, 20, of Coolidge, in the parking lot with gunshot wounds. CPR was performed and Calvin was later taken to Florence Anthem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Coolidge police, with help from several Pinal County sheriff's deputies, searched the area but were unable to find the suspect.
Late Tuesday afternoon, Wright was taken into custody without incident in Tucson. He was brought to the Coolidge Police Department and later booked at the Pinal County Sheriff's Office on a charge of second-degree homicide.
