House Speaker Andy Tobin has emerged a winner in a three-way battle between current lawmakers for two Republican nominations for House seats from a district in north-central Arizona.
Tobin of Paulden and fellow incumbent Rep. Karen Fann of Prescott defeated Sen. Lori Klein of Anthem in the District 1 race in Yavapai County and northern Maricopa County.
Redistricting put Klein in the same district with Tobin and Fann.
