PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A mom and her young daughter were rushed to the hospital Friday night after getting hit by a car.
CBS5 has learned the mother and her 2-year-old daughter were trying to cross the street near 48th Street and Ray Road in Ahwatukee when they were hit.
The mom and toddler were taken by ambulance to Maricopa Medical Center.
Police have not provided any updates on their conditions.
