PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A farm in California is recalling lettuce that they say may be tainted with E. coli bacteria.
The producer said the romaine lettuce, "Tanimura and Antle Field Fresh Wrapped Single Head Romaine," was sold at stores starting Aug. 2.
It may have a sell-by date of Aug. 19 and the UPC number 0-27918-20314-9 on its plastic bag.
The lettuce was distributed to 19 states, including Arizona, as well as Canada and Puerto Rico.
The company's website lists the following stores as places their lettuce is sold: Safeway, Whole Foods, Costco, Kroger, Sam's Club and Walmart.
There are no reports of illness so far.
