CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -
What was supposed to be a fun game of water-balloon throwing turned into a hit-and-run.
Steven Bright, 26, and his brother were out walking on the evening of Aug. 4 when a white Ford quad cab truck pulled up with two, white teenage girls inside who started throwing water balloons at them.
Bright was hit by the Ford truck as the girls drove away causing major injuries. Chandler Police said the girls never stopped to check on Bright.
Chandler police need the public's help in identifying the two girls and the Ford truck.
