
© cbs 5The Phoenix Suns will tip-off the club's 45th NBA season with a seven-game exhibition slate that was announced today. The Suns' 2012 preseason schedule, which includes one nationally televised contest, features three home games at US Airways Center, three road contests, and one neutral site tilt.
The Suns open preseason play Wednesday, Oct. 10, traveling to Sacramento to take on the Kings at Power Balance Pavilion. Phoenix returns home to host the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday, Oct. 12, the first of three exhibition home games. The Suns visit the Dallas Mavericks (Oct. 17) and will play the Oklahoma City Thunder at the BOK Center in Tulsa (Oct. 19), before closing out preseason play with a home contest against Sacramento (Oct. 22), a trip to ORACLE Arena to take on the Golden State Warriors (Oct. 23), and a final tune-up against the Denver Nuggets at USAC (Oct. 26) which will be broadcast on ESPN.
