Blimpie selling $1 sandwiches Thursday

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Blimpie is opening a new location at The Pavilions at Talking Stick at 9120 East Indian Bend Rd. in Scottsdale and celebrating with $1 subs, free samples and giveaways on Thursday, Aug. 16.

You can choose from a six-inch Blimpie Best, Turkey and Provolone, Roast Beef & Provolone, BLT, Ham & Swiss, The Club and Tuna Salad.

The deals continue until 9 p.m.

Blimpie serves deli-style sandwiches and salads, is headquarted in Scottsdale and has about 1,000 franchised locations across the United States.
