Toddler rushed to hospital after diaper catches fire

FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ (CBS5) -

Medics airlifted a 3-year-old boy to Phoenix Children's Hospital Wednesday afternoon.

The boy was burned at a home off McDowell Mountain Road near North Saguaro Boulevard in Fountain Hills.

Family members told police a candle lit the child's diaper on fire. Officials said the boy had second-degree burns on his right leg and groin area.
