PHOENIX (CBS5/AP) -
Phoenix police have identified a 21-year-old man who died after the SUV he was driving ran through a red light and collided with a limousine Wednesday morning.
Officer James Holmes said Michael Howington was driving aggressively when he drove through the light at 56th Street and Greenway Road in Phoenix.
Howington was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected. He died at a hospital from his injuries.
A 63-year-old man driving the limousine was only slightly injured, Holmes said.
Officers had not determined whether Howington was impaired, Holmes said.
