Former Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano is under some serious heat for allegedly discriminating against hiring men.

According to the New York Post, senior immigrations and enforcement agent James Hayes Jr. filed a discriminations lawsuit against the Homeland Security secretary, saying she pushed him aside for a less qualified woman.

The Post reports court papers allege secretary Napolitano's chief of staff at ICE committed sexually offensive behavior towards men.

Hayes is a special agent in charge of New York City investigations for ICE.

"ICE doesn't comment on unfounded claims and will respond to Mr. Hayes' allegations as appropriate through the judicial system," ICE Director of Public Affairs Brian Hale said Friday afternoon in a statement.
