Glendale teen reports being shot during armed robbery

GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Police in Glendale are investigating a report of a teen shot during an armed robbery on Friday afternoon.

Glendale police said the high school-age teen said he was home alone when he was shot inside the home and robbed.

The boy is in serious but stable condition.

Glendale police said they're investigating it as an armed robbery but did say the victim's information was inconsistent.

Police said, at this point, there are no witnesses.
