"Daniel Aspuro Gutierrez"PRESCOTT, AZ (CBS5) -
A man wanted in a 2010 North Carolina murder has been arrested in Prescott.
Yavapai County Sheriff's Office said detectives executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Bird Street on July 24 and found a man using the name "Daniel Aspuro Gutierrez."
Authorities found 38 grams of methampheamine and 6 grams of cocaine as well as a handgun inside the 33-year-old's home.
Gutierrez was booked on several felonies, including possession of dangerous drugs for sale, misconduct involving weapons and a homicide warrant.
He is accused of shooting a man who was found lying alongside a roadway in Caswell County, NC, in December 2010.
He is currently being held without bond.
Detectives are still trying to determine the suspect's real name.
