HOLBROOK, AZ (CBS5/AP) -
Authorities say they believe a man whose body was found on a golf course near Holbrook died of natural causes.
Navajo County Sheriff Commander John James said it appears 88-year-old Floyd Doolittle suffered a medical issue while playing golf on Thursday and fell into the pond.
Golfers at Juniper Ridge Resort in White Mountain Lake called authorities after spotting the body.
Sheriff's detectives said Doolittle's golf bag, clubs, glasses and hearing aid were found at the bottom of the pond after it was drained by the resort's maintenance staff.
They said Doolittle lived at the resort.
The cause of death is under investigation but detectives do not believe there was foul play.
