A man was stabbed in the neck while sitting in his car at a Circle K parking lot Tuesday morning.
Sgt. Trent Crump of the Phoenix Police Department said another man had accused the victim of a crime against his girlfriend and stabbed him about 5:30 a.m. at the Circle K near Seventh Street and Mountain View Road.
The suspect escaped in his pickup truck before police arrived. The victim's injuries were non-life-threatening.
No other information was immediately available.
