NOGALES, AZ (CBS5) -
A North Dakota teen wanted on charges of assault and murder gave himself up to federal officers at the Deconcini Port Sunday.
The 16-year-old Fargo boy was arrested after Customs and Border Protection officers confirmed a warrant issued by the state of Washington in December 2011.
The boy was wanted by the Lynden Police Department. CBP officers handed the boy over to the Santa Cruz Sheriff's Office in Nogales for extradition.
No other details were immediately available.
