PD: Murder suspect caught in Phoenix with gun

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A 21-year-old wanted man was arrested Sunday in the March shooting death of a Phoenix man.

Police said James Joseph Dover was located through surveillance video on North 15th Avenue Sunday night and taken into custody. Dover was armed with a loaded .40 caliber pistol in a holster - the same weapon used in the murder at North 16th Drive, according to the police report.

Police said Dover was originally arrested for the murder last spring but had been released from jail.

Dover faces one charge of first-degree murder and two counts of endangerment.
