AVONDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Avondale police have caught a man who allegedly held up a Chase Bank inside a Fry's store.

The robbery happened July 30, at 10675 W. Indian School Rd.

The man entered the bank, whipped out a handgun and demanded money, officers said.

Once the man got the money, he left the store and fled in an unknown direction.

Police said tips led them to 18-year-old Wesley Burston on Wednesday.

Burston was booked into Maricopa County Jail on one count of armed robbery, one count of aggravated assault and one count of disorderly conduct with a weapon.
