3 trapped in single-vehicle Peoria rollover

Accident scene in Peoria

PEORIA, AZ (CBS5) -

Three people were trapped in a single vehicle rollover crash in Peoria Monday evening.

It happened at Loop 101 and Thunderbird Road at about 6 p.m.

The occupants were eventually freed. Two were airlifted to a local hospital and another went by car.

Police are investigating the circumstances behind the crash.

Neither their names nor their conditions were released.
