ALBUQUERQUE, NM (AP) -
Authorities say a Nevada man has pleaded guilty to robbing three banks last year, including one in New Mexico and another in Arizona.
Prosecutors say 27-year-old Justin A. Wolaver, of Las Vegas, entered a plea agreement Friday in an Albuquerque federal court.
Under the plea agreement, prosecutors say Wolaver will get a 15-year prison sentence. He remains detained pending his sentencing hearing, which has yet to be scheduled.
Authorities say Wolaver was accused in armed bank robberies in three states in a three-week span.
He was charged with robbing a Bank of America in Hudson, Fla., on May 2, 2011 and then a Chase Bank in Flagstaff, Ariz., on May 9 and another Bank of America in Raton, N.M., on May 23.
He was arrested 40 miles south of Raton.
