EL MIRAGE, AZ (CBS5) -

El Mirage police said they've arrested a man who robbed a smoke shop Saturday at gunpoint and demanded money and bath salts.

Police said Steven Michael Forkasdi was taken into custody in the area of 129th Avenue and Ash Street Thursday on armed robbery and attempted robbery charges.

Police said the suspect put stolen goods in a red duffle bag on July 31 and fled the Smoke Away store located near Van Buren Street and Dysart Road, police said.

The clerk said the man was the same person who robbed the shop two weeks earlier.

After his arrest, Forkasdi reportedly admitted to committing both crimes.
