Service dog disappeared from Phoenix area home

Blue was last seen around 11 a.m. Wednesday at Northern and the 51 Freeway.

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Family and friends are looking for a service dog that disappeared Wednesday morning.

The owner of Blue said his dog slipped out of his collar and requires medication three times a day.

He was last seen at about 11 a.m. at Northern and the 51 Freeway.

Blue is described as a mid-sized dog with short gray hair, green eyes, white paws and a white belly.
