PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Phoenix police have arrested a man who allegedly walked around an apartment complex barely clothed, entered an apartment and grabbed an 8-year-old girl.
A woman, her daughters and two granddaughters saw Joshua Daniel Reardon, 33, walking around an apartment complex near Glendale Avenue and 16th Drive wearing nothing but a tattered shirt, according to the police report.
The woman called police and continued to watch Reardon. She said she saw him enter another apartment, where there was a woman who is nine months pregnant, police said.
Reardon allegedly grabbed an 8-year-old girl's arm when he entered the apartment, according to the police report, and the girl's 4-year-old sister ran to their mother who was laying down in another room.
The older girl freed herself and ran to her mother's room. The mother told Reardon to leave and locked herself and her daughters in her bedroom and called the police, authorities said
Reardon fled the apartment and was caught and arrested on Glendale Avenue. He was taken to a hospital as a precaution, where the pregnant woman and the woman who called police identified him, police said.
Reardon was booked into jail on one count of burglary, one count aggravated assault on a minor, one count of trespassing, one count of unlawful imprisonment and four counts of indecent exposure.
