PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Phoenix police say one man died and a second man was injured when they were shot just after midnight near the 1600 block of West Glendale Avenue.
Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Tommy Thompson said 23-year-old Jeremiah Cole died at the scene in the courtyard of an apartment complex where the shooting happened.
A 20-year-old, whose name was withheld, was also shot. He was taken to a hospital for treatment, said Thompson.
Thompson said the two men were involved in an altercation with a Hispanic man who shot them. Police are still looking for the shooter.
