Near-drowning at apartment complex

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A 3-year-old boy has been rushed to an area hospital in extremely critical condition after nearly drowning in a Phoenix pool.

Paramedics from the Phoenix Fire Department found the boy in a pool at an apartment complex at 6241 N. 27th Ave. around 5 p.m. Wednesday.
