TUCSON, AZ (AP) -
A Tucson man is facing up to nearly 52 years in prison after being convicted in a home invasion.
Pima County prosecutor say 47-year-old Albert Dale Lewis was found guilty Wednesday of invading a woman's home last October, duct-taping her head and repeatedly using a stun gun on her during a robbery.
It took the woman two hours to free herself using a knife and scissors.
Lewis will be sentenced Aug. 27 on aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and burglary charges.
Lewis originally was facing a kidnapping charge. However, jurors found him guilty of the less serious felony offense of unlawful imprisonment.
Lewis has prior convictions and prosecutors say he's facing a minimum prison sentence of 7.75 years and a maximum sentence of 51 1/2 years.
