SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AP) -
Scottsdale police arrested two men accused of knocking down a 76-year-old woman, stealing her car and using her credit card.
The victim was leaving the Fry's Grocery Store near 77th Street and McDowell Road July 15 in Scottsdale when the Edward Zamora, 40, allegedly grabbed her from behind, took her purse and pushed her to the ground, police said. He fled in the victim's car
Police said a second suspect, Jacob Strong, 30, used her credit card at another Fry's near 30th Street and Thomas Road in Phoenix a few hours later.
Zamora was arrested and booked on charges of assault, car theft, credit card theft, and fraudulent used of a credit card. Strong was booked on charges of credit card theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
