The Phoenix Suns are encouraging those who have the skill and enthusiasm to audition for the 2012-13 Suns Dance Team beginning Saturday, Aug. 11.
Auditions will be held at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel at 340 N. Third St., according to a Suns representative. Registration begins at 9 a.m. At the end of registration, a preliminary round will begin and successful dancers will move on to the semifinals at U.S. Airways Center on Sunday, Aug. 12.
Dancers must be 18 years or older to participate, have a high school diploma or GED and bring a non-returnable photo and resume.
