SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

A memorial service will be Thursday for Raymond Perry, who died in a helicopter crash July 1.

Perry, the CEO of Arriba Mexican Grill, was piloting a helicopter from Sedona to Scottsdale when the helicopter crashed into the Verde River, killing all four passengers.

The memorial service will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Community in Scottsdale at 2 p.m. Thursday.

Karen Stinn, 68, of Cave Creek, Mike Dunaway, 63, and Linda Dunaway, 64, of Glendale, also died in the crash, according to YCSO spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn.

Authorities are still investigating what caused the helicopter to crash.

Perry's family is asking for donations to be sent to Friends of Freedom, a local charity that supports veterans, instead of flowers.
