Group donates funds to injured service members

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Members of the Wounded Warrior program will soon have a new way to research their family histories.

Today, employees of Ancestry.com presented a check for $180,000 to the National Society of the Sons the American Revolution.

The society will use the funds to help injured service members research their ancestry for free.

Operation Ancestor Search is offered at military hospitals around the country.
