2 arrests made in Mohave County drug operation

MOHAVE VALLEY, AZ (CBS5) -

A drug team from the Mohave County Sheriff's Office arrested two people Friday morning for a marijuana-growing operation.

Mohave County Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team detectives searched a home and found marijuana, marijuana seeds, rolling papers, pipes, pill bottles and five marijuana plants, detectives said.

Allen Storm, 61, and Sonya Ray Storm, 54, were arrested for producing marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sonya Storm was also arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to obtain sex offender identification, detectives said.

Both suspects were booked into the Mohave County Jail.
