Food City offering free back-to-school immunizations - CBS 5 - KPHO

Food City and the Phoenix Fire Department are teaming up to offer free immunizations at several stores across the valley.

Fire officials will offer the following vaccines:

• Diptheria
• Rubella
• Pneumococcus
• Purtussis
• Haemophilus Influenza Type B
• Varicella (Chickenpox)
• Polio
• Meningococcus
• Measles
• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B

The immunizations will take place at the following Food City Phoenix stores:

• Jun 30 from 9  to 11 a.m. at 2124 E. McDowell Rd.
• July 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. at 9020 W. Thomas Rd.
• July 13 from 3 to 5 p.m. at 1940 W. Indian School Rd.
• July 14 from 9 to 11 a.m. at 3202 E. Greenway Rd.
• July 27 from 3 to 5 p.m. at 845 W. Southern Rd.
• August 18 from 9 to 11 a.m. at 7227 S. Central Ave.
