PHOENIX (CBS5) -
Desert tortoises are in need of some good homes in Arizona.
Officials say faculties holding these animals are at capacity and hundreds of tortoises need to be adopted right away.
To adopt a tortoise, you need to have an enclosed area in your yard free of potential hazards. You also need to construct a burrow for the tortoise.
