KINGMAN, AZ (AP) -
An Arizona Republican delegate has been indicted after Kingman police said she pointed a gun at a repo man and led authorities on a chase.
A grand jury indicted 68-year-old Sharon Kay Holmes on two counts of aggravated assault, one count of unlawful flight from law enforcement and one count of criminal damage last week, the Mohave Valley Daily News reported.
According to Kingman police, Holmes pointed a gun at a repo agent who attempted to repossess her Jeep. While her Jeep was hooked up to the tow truck, police said she got into her vehicle and tried to drive off. She then led police on a brief chase.
It was unclear if Holmes has an attorney.
Holmes was a delegate to a GOP convention in Phoenix in May.
