GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -
A 5-year-old boy was flown to Phoenix Children's Hospital after he was found at the bottom of a community pool at Luke Air force Base housing, according to officials.
Glendale Fire Spokesperson Gary Benson said an adult found him and pulled him out. Initially, the child was not breathing.
After the adult performed CPR he began to breath, said Benson.
The boy's consciousness level was still poor as he was being airlifted to the hospital, he said.
His condition is not known at this time.
