PHOENIX (CBS5) -

There's a resource real estate agents have been using for years, but recent technology means you can use it too.

"We keep track of all the properties in Maricopa and Pinal Counties," said NetValueCentral owner David Bignoli.

Bignoli's company compiles all the information on every single house, then sells that information to you.

"Well you could find out what's happening in your neighborhood," he said.

Once you type in the address you'll see a map of the area.

"It'll show any property that's in foreclosure is green. Government owned properties, these are government owned properties," he said.

On top of that it'll give information on whatever home you're curious about, things like how much it's worth and how big it is.

"And we can show which are the properties there that have pools also," Bignoli said.

It's a lot of information which, Bignoli said, can be at anyone's fingertips.

"We know every owner on every property. It's all public record, there's nothing of it that's private," he said.

Bignoli said he's working with several different cities in the Valley, and right now the city of Phoenix is looking into whether a system like that might be useful there.
