Gym bans "skinny" women

A gym in Canada is causing some controversy.

The Body Exchange in Vancouver, Canada says it only admits plus-sized women.

The owners say they wanted to create a 'safe haven' for people who are struggling with weight loss.

Potential Body Exchange clients are screened over the phone. People who don't fit the plus-size criteria are told they are not welcome and directed elsewhere.
