FLORENCE, AZ (CBS5) -
The Pinal County Courthouse in Florence is getting a facelift.
Construction crews said they're not going to fix everything to make the building look brand new. Instead, they want to keep its historical integrity.
"We're not coming in and patching every single little hole," said Becky McCain of Concord General Contracting. "We're patching the big divots and gouges but Jeff wants to see the big wear marks where you can tell it's 120 years old and it's been used."
The renovation will provide extra office space for the five county supervisors. All of the work is expected to be done by January, 2013.
