KNOXVILLE, TN (CBS5) -
Desmond Hatchett has dozens of kids and now he's told a judge he can't pay all the child support.
Hatchett has fathered 30 children with 11 different women.
He claims the women knew he had other children but still wanted a relationship.
Hatchett only earns minimum wage and the state can only take half of his income for child support. That means each mother receives about $1.50 per month.
The state now has to step in and help with the rest.
