A school in Kaysville, UT was fined $15,000 for selling soda during lunchtime.
That is a violation of federal law. It's part of an effort to help children make healthy choices.
The principal says all the soda machines have been unplugged until the school can find a room to put them in that can be locked during the lunch hour.
The money used to pay the fine will come from the music and arts department.
