Its store No. 50 for Goodwill.
Today the group opened a store at 60th Avenue and Bell Road in Glendale.
People lined up around the building anticipating the opening of the first store in Glendale.
Jackie Halleen with Goodwill said that at a grand opening like this they usually have between 500 and 700 people waiting. She was told the first person in line showed up at 2 a.m.
The proceeds from the stores raises funds for their career centers where people can get help with resume writing and job search skills.
