At least two students were among five patients treated for injuries after a school bus struck two vehicles on an exit ramp from Loop 101 in the West Valley on Monday morning.

A Peoria Fire Department spokesman said the Deer Valley Unified School District bus was on the ramp at Olive Avenue in Peoria when it struck and pushed a pickup truck into a car in front of it around 8:30 a.m.

The spokesman said the bus driver also was injured, and that none of the injuries was life-threatening.
