As Arizona hosts the Republican debate Wednesday, C-SPAN's 2012 Campaign bus will also be rolling into the Valley to teach students about local politics.
The Campaign 2012 bus, named after C-SPAN's signature political program, travels the country to visit community events, and hosts students and teachers around the nation, giving them an inside look at C-SPAN's educational and political resources. Launched in 1988, C-SPANS's "Road to the White House," features regular coverage of the candidates, as well as issues and events that shape presidential politics.
C-SPAN's Campaign 2012 bus has two more stops:
- Thursday, February 23- Paradise Valley Community College 9 a.m.-11 a.m.
- Thursday, February 23- Burton Barr Central Library 12:30 p.m.- 3 p.m.
