A 13-year-old Valley boy is scheduled to discuss the impact of heart disease with President Obama's top Administration officials.

Emery Miller is the youngest member of the 60 American Heart Association volunteers chosen to attend the meeting at the White house.

Miller was born with congenital heart defects and has already undergone 4 open heart surgeries. He is schedlued for a fifth in April.

The President's Administartion invited the group to the White House in order to gather information about how heart disease effects survivors.

Miller was chosen to be part of the group because he is a top fundraiser during some of the American Heart Association's events. In 2011, he helped collect teddy bears from across the country to give to kids at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

The group will meet at the White house on February, 24th.
