Artists converge with business leaders at State Capitol for 26th annual Arizona Arts Congress

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Artists, arts-related organizations, advocates and business leaders representing tourism and economic development from across the state gathered at the Arizona State Capitol for the 26th annual Arizona Arts Congress at the State Capitol.

The event began at 7:30 a.m. on the lawn in front of the Arizona House of Representatives office building.

The annual event is sponsored by Arizona Action for the Arts, giving citizens a chance to meet with legislators from their home districts.
