PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A man and a woman have been arrested on multiple charges in a ransack at a Phoenix home.

According to the criminal report, Carlos Adan Padilla and Gabrielle Regina Hernandez allegedly wrestled the 17-year-old victim to the ground and proceeded to choke, punch and kick him during the break-in Wednesday.

The victim said they threatened to shoot him while they stole three flat screen televisions, a video game and clothing.

Padilla told police he and Hernandez, along with a friend, went to the victim's home to recover Hernandez's clothing, which had been reportedly stolen by the victim's sister in November of 2011. Padilla also admitted to intending to sell the TVs.

Padilla and Hernandez face the following charges: second degree burglary, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and kidnapping.
